Copper offers a full suite of audio and web conferencing services lead by On Demand Audio Conferencing, our no reservation audio conferencing service. Operator assisted conferencing provides a high-touch service for special calls and events. Consultation is available to plan the event with operator participation before, during and after the call. A full line of web conferencing solutions integrates audio, web and video and is utilized for simple meetings or webinar and webcast events requiring registration and reminders.

Connect To Copper™ is the online customer portal providing access to account information, usage reports, moderator management and user materials. Training for all services is online with the One Minute Skill Builders™, accessible from the Connect to Copper or the Copper website.
