Carolyn Bradfield

CEO & Board Member

Carolyn Bradfield is a pioneer in the conferencing industry and has founded several of the industry's largest and most successful technology providers. She has been the driving force behind the adoption of many of the most significant innovations in the conferencing industry over the past 20 years. She adds a strong dimension to Copper Conferencing's Board of Directors based on her successful track record in the industry and her business innovations.

Bradfield began her conferencing career in 1991 as one of the co-founders of InterCall, now the largest service provider in the world specializing in conference communications. In 1995, she founded Quorum Conferencing, which was sold to Citizens Conferencing, now a division of Premiere Global Services in 1998. In 2000, she founded InterAct Conferencing, which was acquired in 2002 by Raindance Communications. Bradfield led the growth of Raindance for two years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, before InterCall and West Corporation acquired the company.


David L. Henry

Board Member

Mr. Henry has 25 years of transactional, operational and managerial responsibilities in private equity, investment and merchant banking, mezzanine finance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial banking, and venture capital. He has lived in Colorado for over twenty-five years and has devoted his career to corporate finance for emerging and middle-market companies. He co-founded NewWest in 1998. He previously was employed as the Chief Financial Officer of St. Mary Land & Exploration Company (NYSE-SM); as an investment banker with Hanifen Imhoff Inc. and Boettecher & Company Inc., as a commercial banker with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company; and as an engineer with Tenneco Oil Company and Shell Oil Company. David received a B.S.E. degree, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and a M.B.A. degree in finance from Harvard University


Ed Larson

Board Member

Ed Larson was the founder and CEO of The Conference Depot, recently acquired by Copper Conferencing. He started the company in 2001 with the idea of providing a higher level customer service based value-added conference calling. He built the company using creative methods of marketing to establish a significant customer base of small to medium companies. His firm grew rapidly as his innovative business tactics capitalized on this under-served market.

Mr. Larson also developed an effective sales process to produce significant growth in vertical markets such as non-profits and higher education. He has successfully acquired major Universities and state organizations as clientele. Mr. Larson was on the forefront of email marketing and Search Engine Optimization and has fine tuned a variety of innovative marketing strategies that continue to fuel Copper Conferencing's growth.

Prior to starting The Conference Depot he co-founded Micro Alliance. Micro Alliance was sold to SBS Technologies which is now part of General Electric Fanuc. Micro Alliance was a manufacturer of Industrial Computer platforms. These platforms played a role in a number of military installations as the company expanded, built, and engineered systems for the telecommunications industry.


Ken Mesikapp

Board Member

Ken Mesikapp is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Club Holdings, LLC, the parent Company of a real estate acquisition and development firm (Monogram Real Estate,LLC) and a luxury destination club (Quintess, LLC).

Prior to Club Holdings Mesikapp spent 9 years in the high tech, software and services industry with Raindance Communications, Inc., a web based conferencing company,joining the Company as a small start-up in 1997, guiding it through numerous venturecapital rounds where the Company raised in excess of $100 million, a successful initial public offering in 2000, several acquisitions and ultimately the sale of the Company in 2006 to West Corporation.

Mesikapp spent 11 years in public accounting after graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He became Certified Public Accountant in 1988, is licensed in the States of Colorado and Illinois and is a member of the Colorado Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.


Mike St. John

Board Member

Mike St. John is an entrepreneur, president and founder of many successful businesses. Mr. St. John's businesses have spanned many different industries; including office equipment and supplies, audio and video recording and duplication, re-selling of IT hardware and software, data and document management, professional services for finance and IT, and broadband franchise negotiation with state and local governments. Mr. St. John was instrumental in the development, design and installation of key sports arena technology as well as higher education infrastructure. Mr. St. John invests in select real estate ventures, private equity funds and small business start ups.

Mr. St. John received his BSBA from Denver University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
