CEO & Board Member
Carolyn Bradfield is a pioneer in the conferencing industry and has founded several of the industry's largest and most successful technology providers. She has been the driving force behind the adoption of many of the most significant innovations in the conferencing industry over the past 20 years. She adds a strong dimension to Copper Conferencing's Board of Directors based on her successful track record in the industry and her business innovations.
Bradfield began her conferencing career in 1991 as one of the co-founders of InterCall, now the largest service provider in the world specializing in conference communications. In 1995, she founded Quorum Conferencing, which was sold to Citizens Conferencing, now a division of Premiere Global Services in 1998. In 2000, she founded InterAct Conferencing, which was acquired in 2002 by Raindance Communications. Bradfield led the growth of Raindance for two years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, before InterCall and West Corporation acquired the company.
COO & CFO
Christina Wafford, COO & CFO, brings over 16 years of business, finance and accounting experience to Copper.
Christina has held senior management positions at a number of high profile and start-up companies, including Neodata/EDS, netLibrary, Concepts Direct, Raindance Communications and Accruit. Christina was most recently at Accruit, where she was the CFO and responsible for $6 billion a year in client funds, as well as, all finance, accounting and administrative functions. Christina has experience with both international and domestic, public and private company acquisitions and merger and integration planning. She has had responsibility in building and developing all aspects of finance and accounting functions including systems, policies and procedures, budgeting and planning, business plan development and facilities management.
Christina holds a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting from Colorado College located in Colorado Springs as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration from University of Colorado in Denver.
Director of Marketing
Alycia joined Copper Conferencing in May 2008. Alycia is responsible for marketing and brand management at Copper Conferencing. With over 15 years of leadership experience in marketing and project management, Alycia's industry experience spans telecommunications, education and software. Most recently, Alycia served as Marketing Director for Accruit, a 1031 Like-Kind Exchange services provider in Lakewood, Colorado. At Raindance Communications, now a part of InterCall, Alycia led worldwide demand generation for advanced conferencing services. Additionally, Alycia was an Adjunct Professor in Marketing at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.
Alycia holds a Masters in Business from the University of Denver and a B.S. from the University of California at San Diego.
