Brad Dupee
Chairman and CEO
As the founder of Copper Conferencing, Brad Dupee is responsible for guiding the company's strategic growth, executing its business plan and for future acquisitions. Brad brings more than 16 years of industry experience in telecommunications and internet services to Copper Conferencing. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Business Development and Channel Sales at Raindance Communications, now InterCall. At Raindance, he founded and developed the company's highest-performing sales division, producing more than $60 million in sales in its first five years. Brad has also served in managerial sales and marketing roles at Hill | Holliday Interactive, General Interactive, Inc. (co-founder), and Network Plus, Inc. Each of these firms provides communications services for small- and medium-sized businesses.

Brad holds a B.A. from Bentley College.

Jim Flynn
Director of Sales
Jim is responsible for the growth of retail sales, channel revenue and account management for Copper Conferencing.  He brings extensive channel experience to Copper, having held key positions at Network Plus and Transnational Communications. As one of the founders at Network Plus he was responsible for the creation of its channel sales focus to deliver both local and long distance services. He later created wholesale programs for prepaid calling cards, conferencing, data center and collocation services. Network Plus grew to employ more than 500 people with revenues in excess of $350 million annually.

Most recently Jim served as Director of Western Region Sales for Spectel, selling audio and web equipment to large enterprise accounts through the nation’s largest VARs and interconnect companies. Spectel was later purchased by Avaya.

Jim holds a B.A. from Suffolk University in Journalism/English.

Alycia Maier-Turner
Director of Marketing
Alycia joined Copper Conferencing in May 2008. Alycia is responsible for marketing and brand management at Copper Conferencing. With over 15 years of leadership experience in marketing and project management, Alycia’s industry experience spans telecommunications, education and software. Most recently, Alycia served as Marketing Director for Accruit, a 1031 Like-Kind Exchange services provider in Lakewood, Colorado. At Raindance Communications, now a part of InterCall, Alycia led worldwide demand generation for advanced conferencing services. Additionally, Alycia was an Adjunct Professor in Marketing at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.

Alycia holds a Masters in Business from the University of Denver and a B.S. from the University of California at San Diego.

Christina Wafford
CFO
Christina Wafford, CFO, brings over 16 years of business, finance and accounting experience to Copper.

Christina has held senior management positions at a number of high profile and start-up companies, including Neodata/EDS, netLibrary, Concepts Direct, Raindance Communications and Accruit. Christina was most recently at Accruit, where she was the CFO and responsible for $6 billion a year in client funds, as well as, all finance, accounting and administrative functions. Christina has experience with both international and domestic, public and private company acquisitions and merger and integration planning. She has had responsibility in building and developing all aspects of finance and accounting functions including systems, policies and procedures, budgeting and planning, business plan development and facilities management.

Christina holds a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting from Colorado College located in Colorado Springs as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration from University of Colorado in Denver.
