    For most countries, Copper Conferencing offers an international toll-free number that allows the participant to join the call. You may also press *0 and have technical support dial-out directly to the participant during a call.
  7. questionCan I keep the same dial-in number for all of my calls?
    If you schedule an Operator Assited call, the dial-in number will be different. Your dial-in number will be the same for all of your On Demand Reservationless calls.

    To create a separate account for your conference ID, contact your account manager or sales@copperconferencing.com.
  9. questionWhat does a post-conference summary cost?
    There is no charge to receive a post-conference summary report.

    The charge for a toll-number is the same as for a toll-free number.

    Copper Mobile™ is designed to provide easy, mobile access to Copper conference calls. Because the application is designed to instantly start or join you to a call, a Copper Conferencing account is necessary in order for Copper Mobile™ to execute the call on your mobile device.

    Copper Mobile™ can be used during international travel, but will not retrieve local numbers in international locations. If you routinely conduct international conference calls, dial in using your ITFS number. Contact your Account Manager at (866) 859-1741 for ITFS numbers and pricing.

    Copper Mobile™ will support an unlimited number of conferencing contacts.

    On your iPhone, search for Copper Mobile™ in Apple's app store. The appliation is free.

    You can control your conferencing costs by how you access your conference calls. Local Dial-In is less expensive than Toll-Free. Contact your Account Manager or sales@copperconferencing for pricing information.
