As the moderator, how do I mute all of the other lines on the conference call?

To mute all lines, simply press pound pound (##) on your telephone keypad and all participant lines will be muted.  Anyone joining after you press the mute command will be already muted when they are placed into the conference call.  Individuals that need to speak may press *7 to unmute their lines and *6 to mute themselves again.
