All conference calls for a date range are displayed allowing the user to input alphanumeric billing codes. The billing codes appear in downloadable reports as well as on the monthly invoice.

Wisconsin Ground Water Association (WGWA)
Challenge
What does groundwater have to do with web conferencing? Generating revenue in a non-profit organization is always a challenge. But when your mission is to advance the understanding of ground water in Wisconsin how can you possibly generate revenue through audio and web conferencing? The Wisconsin Ground Water Association (WGWA) is a non-profit volunteer organization. Its members believe the information they share is vital to our environment and our society. They must use every opportunity to share their message and generate the revenues necessary to sustain and grow their organization. They needed a way to monetize the value of a significant network of members and consumers.
Scope of Work
Copper Conferencing provided an opportunity for WGWA to further its cause by participating in Copper Conferencing's Fundraising Referral Program Bonus. WGWA regularly sponsors technical conferences with hundreds of speakers on topics of great importance to groundwater issues. The association is very familiar with the benefits of audio and web conferencing and knows the importance of keeping their non-profit expenses low.
