The On Demand reservationless audio conferencing service allows the moderator to input a numerical code that will be attached to that individual conference call. Prior to the monthly invoice cycle, users can login to Connect to Copper™ and select the “manage billing codes” option under reports. All conference calls for a date range are displayed allowing the user to input alphanumeric billing codes. The billing codes appear in downloadable reports as well as on the monthly invoice.
